At GopiLoop, every product is made-to-order through our print-on-demand process. Each item is custom-created especially for you at the time of purchase — ensuring freshness, quality, and uniqueness in every order.

When Can You Return?

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Because every product is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

✕ Change of mind after placing the order

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible as your item is already being custom-manufactured.
